I bought these tickets to see Sister Hazel. After 10pm, JJ Grey & Mofro came out almost an hour later and played his set. The info on both Ticketmaster and the actual ticket said the show started at 9. JJ Grey & Mofro was a good performer, but I bought these tickets to see Sister Hazel and was unable to do so. Apparently they played before 9, and this timing was never communicated to the ticket buyers. I showed up a little after (given that these things always start late), and sure enough, no one was playing yet. This was a waste of money. Then, I realized that no, Sister Hazel was not coming out. The event arena website - which I checked MULTIPLE TIMES - also never had this information. All in all, poor communication and no directions on where to find this information.
